How to keep it civilized?

Coming into an Argyle Guild meeting, you'll select an argyle: Red for Conservative, Blue for Liberal, White for Independent.
That is the perspective you're expected to represent in discussion.
Choosing an argyle different from your real orientation challenges you to speak from that perspective. During the meeting, any person in the room may raise their argyle if they feel a speaker is violating civilized standards of discussion,or if the speaker is bloviating or repeating themselves.
Those standards, which are brainstormed briefly at the start of each meeting, are ultimately held by the collective group.
If, seeing the argyles, the speaker doesn't moderate his or her tone or behavior, the facilitator may stop the speaker.
